体育播报12月26日宣年仅30岁的前阿森纳助教卡洛斯·奎斯塔今年6月官宣执掌帕尔马帅印，成为1939年以来最年轻的意甲主帅。近日他接受英媒《卫报》采访，谈到了离开枪手的决定。

早在来到帕尔马之前，奎斯塔就是足坛备受关注的年轻教练。在阿森纳担任阿尔特塔助手的五年里，他从一个充满好奇心、勤奋刻苦的菜鸟成长为一位蓄势待发的精英教练。谈及收到帕尔马的邀约时，奎斯塔说：“这可能是我一生中最艰难的决定，我在阿森纳过得非常开心，因为我正在参与一个非凡的项目，身边都是很了不起的人，不仅有一批顶级球员，正走在一条不断上升的道路上，还有对我非常重要的人——阿尔特塔。”

在知道其他俱乐部早已对奎斯塔已经虎视眈眈的情况下，阿尔特塔也没有阻碍奎斯塔的去路：“我需要权衡很多方面，但最终我对帕尔马的团队产生了强烈的共鸣。这是一家拥有辉煌悠久历史的俱乐部，你可以感受到这里深厚的积淀。现在，我们正努力开创自己的道路，书写新的篇章。”

更年轻时的奎斯塔自信、聪明且雄心勃勃，他渴望在足球领域建立一番事业，曾短暂考虑进入体育新闻行业，但当他在马德里攻读体育科学学位时，内心深处对于成为足球教练的渴望他愈发强烈。

奎斯塔说：“我曾尝试主动出击，以实现这一目标。我在社媒关注了多位来自皇马和马竞的工作人员，最终与他们建立起了联系。我在马竞青训获得了兼职的机会，同时继续学业。马竞对他来说几乎就像一所真正的大学，俱乐部的教练们发现了我，我从执教U9梯队起步，一直带到U14。”

奎斯塔积极寻求与那些能够为他带来价值的人共事的机会，离开马竞后，他密集拜访了多家俱乐部、接触不同教练、参加研讨会和比赛。其中收获颇丰的一次是与尤文建立联系，他为这家俱乐部的U17和U23工作了两年，那时他只有22岁：“如果说马竞是我的大学，那么尤文就是我的研究生院，这是一段难以置信的经历，让我学到了许多关于战术细节和防守体系构建的宝贵经验。”

之后就是阿尔特塔给奎斯塔打来电话，当时对方已经在阿森纳执教了八个月，两人在曼城时就已认识，当时奎斯特会和他早就很敬佩的阿尔特塔分享一些想法，于是他就这样成为后者最信任的助手之一，两人至今仍保持着密切的联系。奎斯塔说：“他是一个不可思议的人，他在整个过程中都一直非常支持我，现在依然如此。无论作为领导者、教练还是普通人，我都无法用言语表达对他的赞赏。”

奎斯塔在阿森纳最初的职位是个体发展教练，主要负责对球员一对一进行针对性训练。即使使不考虑奎斯塔当时只有25岁且几乎没人认识他，阿尔特塔最开始想掌控更衣室也并不容易。然而，阿森纳老球员很快接纳了奎斯塔。如今在帕尔马，奎斯塔负责管理欧洲五大联赛中第三年轻的队伍。目前，帕尔马暂时逃离了降级区，但要保持稳定的表现还需要时间。或许奎斯塔的年轻有助于他与这支刚刚经历大换血的球队建立联系，自我提升之旅仍在继续。
