湖北省足球协会近日发布消息，12月24日，省体育局党组成员、副局长余平辉率队赴孝感市，对当地足球工作进行专题调研。

调研首站是孝感奥体中心，余平辉一行实地考察了“一场两馆”及其配套设施，详细了解了新建场馆的运营及管理现状。在奥体中心会议室，召开了座谈会，听取了孝感市在足球工作改革发展、体育与教育深度融合、奥体中心建设及运营维护等方面的汇报。特别对足球青训模式、梯队建设、体教融合及后备人才输送等议题进行了深入交流。

下午，调研组前往孝感市体育中心和体育艺术学校，考察市级足球青训中心的建设情况，并现场观摩了青训梯队的集中训练。他们详细了解了青训体系的构建、体育学校整体建设情况，以及梯队成员在学习和训练中的生活保障。在龙店中学，余平辉调研了学校特色足球青训的开展情况，察看了体教融合实施的实际成效，并与学校负责人和文化课老师就特色办学进行了深入讨论。

余平辉对孝感市在体育场馆建设及足球青训方面取得的阶段性成果表示肯定，并提出了进一步的要求。他指出，孝感足球青训基础较好，要在机构设置、人员使用和资金保障等方面进一步优化和加强。他强调需要营造良好的氛围，巩固已有特色，发挥示范效应，并建议通过市县联动、互补优势的方式，多出人才。与此同时，强调深化体教融合的重要性，拓宽视野，建立健全青训的长效机制，以不断夯实发展根基，提高青训水平。

最后，余平辉表示，省体育局将继续关注孝感的足球青训，提供政策、资源及项目支持，助力孝感足球青训的提升，为我省提升三大球的整体水平及建立体育强省作出贡献，以培养和输送更多优秀的足球后备人才。调研活动中，省体育局竞技体育处和足球运动管理中心相关负责人也参与了此次调研，孝感市体育及教育部门负责人予以陪同。
