体育播报12月26日宣湖北省足球协会消息，12月24日，省体育局党组成员、副局长余平辉率队赴孝感市，专题调研足球工作。

上午，余平辉一行首先抵达孝感奥体中心，实地察看了“一场两馆”及配套设施建设情况，深入了解新建场馆运营与管理状况。在孝感市奥体中心会议室召开座谈会，听取了孝感市足球工作改革发展、体育与教育深度融合、奥体中心总体建设与运行维护，以及下步足球篮球赛事申办、俱乐部组建等相关情况的汇报，重点围绕孝感市足球青训模式、梯队建设现状、体教融合措施、后备人才输送等方面，深入进行了交流讨论。

下午，余平辉一行前往孝感市体育中心、孝感市体育艺术学校，调研市级足球青训中心建设，现场观摩青训梯队集中训练，详细了解青训体系构建、体校整体建设、梯队人员学习训练与生活保障情况。随后，到孝感市高新区龙店中学，调研特色学校足球青训开展情况，了解孝感市体教融合6条务实举措在校园足球青训中带来的有机效应，在教室、操场分别观看了足球运动员文化学习和专业训练，重点关注了引进外省足球青训苗子在校期间的学习、训练与日常生活，同学校负责人、文化课老师就足球青训特色办学进行了交谈。

调研中，余平辉对孝感市在体育场馆建设、足球青训开展等方面取得的成果予以了充分肯定，并对下一步工作提出要求。他强调，孝感足球青训基础较好，在全省较早采取“三集中”办学模式，要在机构设置、人员使用和经费保障等方面更加优化、持续加力，要进一步营造氛围、巩固特色，发挥示范效应。要坚持市县联动、优势互补，双向发力，多出人才。要深化体教融合，进一步开拓视野，建立健全足球青训长效机制，不断夯实发展根基，提升足球青训水平。

余平辉表示，省体育局将持续关注孝感足球青训，在政策、资源、项目、赛事等方面给予大力支持，助力孝感足球青训工作提质增效，为我省三大球振兴发展和体育强省建设培养输送更多更优秀的足球后备人才。

省体育局竞技体育处、省体育局足球运动管理中心有关负责人参加调研。孝感市体育、教育部门负责人等陪同调研。
